Bos Bank Mandiri (BMRI) Ungkap Nasib Perjanjian Restrukturisasi Utang Waskita (WSKT)
Bisnis.com, JAKARTA – PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. (BMRI) menyatakan skema master restructuring agreement (MRA) atau perjanjian restrukturisasi induk dari emiten konstruksi, PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. (WSKT) akan molor. Sebelumnya, MRA sendiri sempat ditargetkan selesai pada Agustus 2023. Direktur Corporate Banking Bank Mandiri Susana Indah Kris Indriati mengatakan molornya MRA ini karena ada sejumlah koordinasi yang dilakukan kreditur dan debitur. Tak hanya itu, dengan adanya masing-masing kreditur WSKT yang memiliki komite, membuat keputuan mengenai pemutusan kredit pun membutuhkan waktu yang lebih lama. “Mereka [kreditur] masing-masing membutuhkan waktu untuk ke komite untuk memutus kreditnya, untuk memutus structure-nya, yang mereka anggap secara manajemen risiko itu risikonya dapat termitigasi dengan baik, sehingga butuh waktu bagi masing-masing kreditur untuk melakukan analisa lebih dalam lagi,” ujarnya saat ditemui Bisnis usai agenda Konferensi Pers Penandatanganan MoU Bank DBS Indonesia dan Bank Mandiri dengan PT TBS Energi Utama, Senin (11/9/2023).
